Roma, or Research Operations Management Application, is a resource utilization management platform supporting administrative, clinical trial, and research operations for shared resource facilities within the Wilmot Cancer Institute. Real-time integration of utilization data for resource reservations, billing, subsidies, and investigator research program affiliation helps identify critical research support infrastructure and shifting year over year resource needs.

Quick access to resource utilization KPI’s and detailed metrics supports resource capacity planning and forecasting for organizational strategic initiatives, capital investment, equipment depreciation tracking, equipment replacement planning, staffing requirements, and utilization impact of faculty recruitment and retention efforts.

    • Cytometry- flow cytometry, multiphoton imaging, cell sorting and analysis.
