GRC Services
The GRC is a core resource that supports all aspects of genomics research at the University of Rochester. Please click on the following links for more information about our services.
Information for the extraction of RNA and DNA at the GRC
The GRC uses several assays for the quantification and quality assessment of submitted samples
The GRC uses several kit-based workflows and custom applications

Bioinformatic support available at the GRC
New Equipment: Illumina iScan
High-Throughput Array Scanner
We are now offering services on our latest instrument: the Illumina iScan Array Scanner.
Submicron resolution, high-throughput processing for human genotyping and methylation arrays. Along with the Tecan liquid handling system, we are able to process several arrays for high-throughput array scanning.
