Data Analysis Workshops
2018
Genomic Data Analysis Workshop - July 9-10, 16-17
Workshop series focused on providing biomedical researchers a basic understanding of experimental design as it relates to RNA-Seq and a "toolkit" to perform some analyses on RNA-Seq data. The workshop is a collaborative initiative between the Genomics Research Center (GRC) and the department of Biostatistics and Computational Biology. Instructors for this series will be Andrew McDavid, PhD., Matthew McCall, PhD, and Jacquelyn Lillis, MS. Lunch and coffee will be provided (sponsored by the Shared Resource Laboratories and the Center for Biomedical Informatics). Space is limited, so please register by June 30, 2018:
