Chiller Screening

On Wednesday (7/15), construction crews will be completing the screening around the MRI Chiller on the roof near the Bellevue Dr. side of the hospital. Work is expected to start at 7 a.m. and last until 1 p.m. Some construction noise can be anticipated during this time.

Generator Testing Delayed

The generator testing previously scheduled for this weekend (Saturday 6/27) is being put on hold. Another blog post will be sent out when the work is rescheduled.

Generator Testing

On Saturday (6/27), we will be conducting code required generator load testing. The testing will start at 8 a.m. and finish around 12 p.m. The equipment will be setup with cabling along the Mt. Vernon Ave. side of the building on Friday (6/26). The testing will sound like a truck motor running.

Trellis Installation Nearing Completion

Construction on the metal trellises and plantings for the sides of the Highland POB and Main Parking Garages should be complete in the next week. Plantings will begin shortly after the trellis is finished. Plants on the trellis will include English Ivy and Climbing Hydrangea. Work will be done between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Construction on the metal trellises and plantings for the sides of the Highland POB and Main Parking Garages will begin on Monday (4/27) and is expected to last about two weeks. Work will be done between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
