Do I need to be an established patient to use walk-in clinic?
Patients cannot be seen for walk-in service if they have not had a scheduled appointment with their audiologist within the past two years. However, we will examine the device(s) at the walk-in clinic only if a follow-up appointment with an audiologist is made at the same time. If this appointment is cancelled, future visits to the walk-in clinic will not be allowed.
