Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Hearing Aid Walk-In Procedures Clinton Woods:

Service/Drop-Off Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM (Hours are not the same as the 
Greece location)

Hearing Aid Walk-In Procedures Greece:

Service/Drop-Off Hours: Tuesday and Friday 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM (Hours are not the same as the Clinton Woods Location) 

Insurance & Payment Information

Outpatient/Ambulatory services provided by UR Medicine Audiology are billed through Strong Memorial Hospital/Highland Hospital's Patient Financial Services (PFS) Office and are billed as outpatient hospital visits. Some insurance plans pay different levels of benefits depending on visit type.
