What We Do

Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation

While hospitalized, it is important to stay active to promote healing and prevent medical complications due to inactivity. The hospital physicians at St. James may consult with our therapists to evaluate patients in their rooms and develop a care plan for the duration of their stay. We are members of an interdisciplinary team that help to create and facilitate a safe and appropriate discharge recommendations based on each patient’s current functional needs and level of care available at home.

Outpatient Rehabilitation

Following illness, injury or surgery our therapists provide the most effective personalized rehabilitation experience with a focus on the unique needs, motivations and goals of each patient to help them return to the activities that they enjoy. Our spacious, modern rehabilitation clinic is located at the Medical Office Building (7309 Seneca Road North, Hornell, New York).
