Applications are submitted through the NASS ISMM common application and are accepted through March, with interviews scheduled between March and July.

Eligibility
Minimum qualifications for our Program include:
- The fellow must possess current, valid and unrestricted New York State Allopathic/Osteopathic medical and DEA licensures. These must be current prior to the fellowship start date.
- The fellow must be a graduate of an ACGME accredited Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation program.
- The fellow must be board certified or eligible for certification in PM&R.
