  • Changed our program aims to outline an intentional inclusive position
  • Feature artwork in our residency space created by and reflective of our community

Curriculum

  • Implemented and continue to refine a belonging and excellence-focused noon conference series.
  • Guide faculty to incorporate health equity data in all noon conferences
  • Train program leadership and residents in addressing insensitive and demeaning behavior

Recruitment

  • Implemented the AAMC Holistic Review Process in 2020

Support

  • Launched an anonymous resident reporting system in January 2023 to address concerns regarding perceived hostile or unprofessional behaviors
