- Changed our program aims to outline an intentional inclusive position
- Feature artwork in our residency space created by and reflective of our community
Curriculum
- Implemented and continue to refine a belonging and excellence-focused noon conference series.
- Guide faculty to incorporate health equity data in all noon conferences
- Train program leadership and residents in addressing insensitive and demeaning behavior
Recruitment
- Implemented the AAMC Holistic Review Process in 2020
Support
- Launched an anonymous resident reporting system in January 2023 to address concerns regarding perceived hostile or unprofessional behaviors
