Individualized Curriculum
We will offer a variety of clinical and non-clinical opportunities in blocks of 2 or 4 weeks.
Each fellow’s plans and needs for the individualized curriculum will be developed with a faculty mentor, which will be part of the development of each fellow’s individualized learning plan. Each faculty mentor will guide and evaluate each fellow alongside the program director(s). Together, the fellow and faculty mentor will develop goals and objectives for each non-clinical individualized experience. We have developed some foundational goals and objectives for the clinical and non-clinical experiences with an opportunity for modification and revision based on an individual fellow’s goals and interests.
