Applicants must be on track to complete an accredited pathology residency program (either three-year AP-only or four-year AP/CP) and be board eligible/certified. Prior fellowship training is not a prerequisite.

The following documents are required for application:

• Common (CAP) fellowship application (including photograph and USMLE/COMLEX scores)
• Curriculum vitae
• Three (3) letters of recommendation
• Personal statement
• Pathology board status
• State licensure status
