First Trimester
During your first trimester (first 12 weeks of pregnancy), your baby grows to about three inches and weighs about one ounce. Your baby's heart, brain, spine, lungs, ears, eyes, hands, and other organs are formed and its heart begins to beat. By the end of the first 12 weeks, your baby is completely formed.
During this time, you may urinate more frequently and feel sick to your stomach. Your breasts may be sore, and you may have an increase in white vaginal discharge. These are all normal changes in early pregnancy.
