Abstract Submission

If you have an interesting case(s) or research that you would like to share, please consider submitting an abstract for consideration as a short talk or poster. We are accepting abstract submissions broadly related to neuromodulation. This includes clinical specialties outside of movement disorders or epilepsy and all neuromodulation methods including (but not limited to) DBS, tDCS, TMS, VNS, etc.

  • Abstracts will be reviewed by conference committee members from Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Neuroscience.
  • There will be three 1-hour short talk sessions (see Symposium Agenda) consisting of four short talks (anticipated 12 minute talk with 3 minutes for questions).
  • Posters will be on display for the duration of the symposium. Please plan to arrive early 7:15-7:30am to put your poster up if you are presenting a poster. Presenting authors should be available to present their poster and answer questions during the designated poster session from 10:15-11:15am. The easels can accommodate posters up to 36" (height) x 48" (width), but smaller layouts are supported. It is acceptable to reuse a poster previously presented at another meeting.
