Neurology Engagement and Enrichment

“At the University of Rochester, we’re building a community where everyone feels seen, heard, and empowered. The Office of University Engagement and Enrichment is leading efforts to strengthen connection and belonging—on our campuses and beyond.

We focus on creating an environment that embraces a wide range of perspectives and ideas, that enhance learning, encourage critical thinking, and invite and deepen civil discourse to drive innovation, curiosity, and excellence.” - Office of University Engagement and Enrichment

The Department of Neurology ascribes to the values of the University and Medical Center. To provide strategic vision and leadership, the Department of Neurology has instituted an Engagement and Enrichment Council that meets monthly. It is open to all members of the department, which currently has representation from faculty, staff, nursing, trainees, advanced practice providers and clinical research coordinators. The meeting is a forum to discuss challenges, opportunities, develop initiatives and to attempt to work towards creative problem solutions.
