Saturday Work 11/12/22

Crews will be onsite on Saturday 11/12 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. installing windows and siding on various sides of the building. They will also be installing roofing.

During the week, crews will be installing drywall, painting, and finishing up various mechanicals on multiple floors inside the building. Outside, the tower crane and buck hoist will be used for activities on site. Crews will be installing windows and siding on various sides of the building and roofing on top of the mechanical penthouse.

These activities are expected to produce typical levels of construction noise but no vibrations.

Later in November or early in December, crews will be working to raise the pavement area next to the new tower to be the same level as Mt. Vernon Ave. This activity is anticipated to generate some minor vibration, and more details will be sent out via this blog as we get closer to this work occurring.
