Saturday Work 11/19

Crews will be on site this Saturday 11/19 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. installing windows and siding, weather permitting.

During the week, crews will be using the tower crane and buck hoist for various activities on site. Inside, painting, drywall finishing, and various mechanical installations continue on multiple floors. Outside, crews will be installing windows and siding on various sides of the building and continuing to put in the roof on top of the 7^th floor.

These activities are expected to produce typical levels of construction noise but no vibrations.

There will be no blog post sent out next week and no work on site Thursday, 11/24, because of the Thanksgiving holiday. Crews will be on site next Friday 11/25 and Saturday 11/26 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. painting inside the building and installing windows on various sides.

In early December, crews will be working to raise the pavement area next to the new tower to be the same level as Mt. Vernon Ave. This activity is anticipated to generate some minor vibration, and more details will be sent out via this blog as we get closer to this work occurring.

Crews will be onsite on Saturday 11/12 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. installing windows and siding on various sides of the building. They will also be installing roofing.

During the week, crews will be installing drywall, painting, and finishing up various mechanicals on multiple floors inside the building. Outside, the tower crane and buck hoist will be used for activities on site. Crews will be installing windows and siding on various sides of the building and roofing on top of the mechanical penthouse.

These activities are expected to produce typical levels of construction noise but no vibrations.

Later in November or early in December, crews will be working to raise the pavement area next to the new tower to be the same level as Mt. Saturday Work 11/5

Crews will be onsite this Saturday 11/5 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. working on installing windows, siding, and possibly roofing on the new tower.

During the week, crews will be using the tower crane and buck hoist to move materials to various floors of the building. Crews will be finishing drywall, painting, and installing mechanicals inside. Window, siding, and hunter panel installation continues on various parts on the outside of the building. Roofing continues on the top of the mechanical penthouse.

These activities are expected to produce typical levels of construction noise but no vibrations.
