Financial Aid
Departmental financial aid may include limited tuition scholarships for qualified students, and as available, research assistantships and/or teaching assistantships. Applicants need not complete a separate application to be considered for these partial tuition scholarships. The University's Financial Aid Office can also be of assistance in obtaining student loans. Please contact the Financial Aid Office, University of Rochester, School of Medicine and Dentistry, 601 Elmwood Avenue, Box 601, Rochester, NY 14642 to receive more information about loans.
For international students, access to certain types of financial aid may be restricted by citizenship requirements. Students from outside the U.S.A. must show proof of financial ability to cover associated costs before the International Student Office will approve and issue an I-20 form. Please contact ISO directly for more information.
