Application Materials and General Information

We accept applications through ERAS and participate in the NRMP Match. We are participating with other REI fellowships in the common application deadlines which will be announced shortly.

Complete ERAS Applications will include:

• High-Resolution Photograph
• Personal Statement
• Medical School Transcript
• USMLE Transcript
• COMLEX scores (if applicable)
• Three (3) Letters of Recommendation

Please email your CREOG score reports for 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd year of residency to Chasity Palermo, Fellowship Coordinator.
