Appointment Scheduling/Cancellations
- We see patients by appointment only.
- Reminder calls are made 2 days prior to the appointment date.
If you need to cancel your child's appointment for any reason, please call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This will allow us to offer the appointment to a child from our waiting list.
What to Bring to Your First Appointment
- Prior to your first appointment, you will need to make arrangements to have your child's medical history information sent to our office, including:
- A copy of your child's growth chart
- You doctor's most recent notes
- Any recent reports or test results pertinent to his or her medical condition
- If records can't be transferred to us directly from your child's pediatrician in time for his or her appointment, you can hand-carry them.
- For all appointments, please bring:
- A list of your child's current medications (with dosages), including any over-the-counter medications or supplements he or she has taken in the past six months
