Outpatient Clinics

Internal Providers (URMC):

• Infantile Hemangiomas and other Vascular Anomalies, and Genetic skin disorders in children and adults can be referred directly through:
  • AMB Referral Dermatology: Peds Derm-Genoderm or Vascular
  • Note about Infantile Hemangiomas: Kindly place the referral as URGENT. You may use the Infantile Hemangioma Referral Score tool as an additional guide. This does not replace your clinical judgement.
• All other pediatric referrals require an e-consult to:
  • AMB eConsult to Pediatric Dermatology

External Providers:

• UR Medicine Dermatology (you may specify the College Town location, Red Creek location, or Brockport location)

Referrals from the Emergency Department and Urgent Care

• ED/UC Referral to Dermatology

Inpatient Consults

• Please page the Dermatology resident on-call.
