All patients are encouraged to sign up for MyChart. This free, confidential service allows you electronic (online) access to your medical information, including the ability to:

• Contact Your Doctor's Office (send your doctor a message or ask a question)
• View Your Test Results (receive an email or text when your results are in)
• View Your Medications
• Request An Appointment

Office Staff or your Care Manager can assist you with the registration.
