Gender Wellness, Obstetrics & Gynecology

Social Workers assigned to UR Medicine Gender Wellness, Obstetrics & Gynecology, provide both inpatient and outpatient services as part of the health care team. Social Workers help patients secure necessary resources, prepare for the birth of their baby, increase their safety and receive community based services that enhance health outcomes.
