Research Question:
Does hydrocortisone help premature babies survive?
Basic Study Information
Purpose:
The Hydrocortisone and Extubation study will test if giving hydrocortisone for 10
days improves survival for premature infants who have a breathing tube. Infants will
either receive hydrocortisone or placebo.
