Wynne Center for Family Research Postdoctoral Fellowship
The Wynne Center for Family Research, Department of Psychiatry, University of Rochester, Postdoctoral Fellow works in the areas of family or relationship processes and bio-behavioral development. The Fellow will work with multidisciplinary faculty on studies that bridge research on family or relationship processes with psychological research on stress and health. This includes the opportunity to work on several existing studies with experts in family psychology, relationship processes, psychoneuroendocrinology and immune function, and health psychology; opportunities are also available for developing novel and supplemental research projects.
Training faculty include Susan McDaniel, Ph.D., and Tom O'Connor, Ph.D. The Fellowship also includes the opportunity for training in the post degree family therapy certificate program.
The fellowship is two years. Candidates must complete a Ph.D. prior to starting the fellowship. The University of Rochester is committed to increasing representation of women and people of color and encourages applications from such candidates. The preferred start date is September 1, but there is flexibility. Interested applicants should contact Dr. O'Connor at tom_oconnor@urmc.rochester.edu.
