Anna Defayette

Nicole Caulfield, PhD

Fun fact: I visit a different national park every year. My favorites so far are Rocky Mountain National Park and Acadia National Park.

Jolynn Jones

Jolynn Jones, PhD

I graduated from Brigham Young University in the Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience track of the Psychology PhD. My research currently focuses on sleep interventions targeted toward adult individuals with sleep disturbances and suicidality.

Fun Fact: I particularly enjoy hiking and backpacking, and my favorite hikes so far are in the Annapurna region of the Himalayas in Nepal.

Sylvie Messer

Sylvie Messer, PhD

I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology (Health Emphasis) from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University in 2024. My current research focuses on Veterans with severe mental illness, facets of emotion processing (i.e., alexithymia) and risk for suicide. As a VA fellow, I hope to develop novel interventions to reduce suicide in these populations. I also have two rescue pups that I love to take on all my adventures with me, especially going on hikes together!

Paige Picou

Paige Picou, PhD

I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Louisiana State University. As a NRSA (T32) postdoctoral fellow, I am interested in the interplay between interpersonal interactions, intrapersonal constructs, and suicide risk in children and adolescents. I am interested in how these constructs can be used to develop theory-based interventions for youth suicide prevention. Fun fact:  I'm a big animal lover and have three cats!

Hoping to visit more!
