Research and Scholarship

Part of our mission is to advance the Quadruple Aim and health equity through the discovery and dissemination of best practices in care delivery and education. We do this by developing/implementing novel practices, evaluating them, and disseminating our findings via publications and/or presentations at the local, regional, and national level.

Quadruple Aim

The Quadruple Aim is to improve the health of populations, enhance the care experience for patients, reduce health care costs, and improve the work life of health care providers.

Health Equity

Health equity is when everyone has the opportunity to attain their full health potential and no one is disadvantaged from achieving this potential because of their social position or other socially determined circumstance.
