Welcome to the Henry Lab
Ken Henry's lab uses behavioral, neurophysiological, and histological approaches to gain insight into the neural mechanisms of complex sound perception with normal and impaired hearing. Methods include neural recordings from brain nuclei in the ascending auditory pathway, behavioral operant-conditioning experiments to assess auditory perceptual capabilities, and histological techniques, including immunohistochemistry.
The Henry lab is currently hiring postdoctoral researchers and graduate students. Please contact kenneth_henry@urmc.rochester.edu for more information.
