Gene Expression Specific to PDGFRA+ (CD140a+) Cells
408 significantly dysregulated genes were identified by our genomics analysis with the following criteria: PDGFRA+ cells versus PDGFRA- cells (>3 fold change, 5% FDR) and not upregulated in CD11b+ microglia versus A2B5+ GPC WM (>3 fold change, 5% FDR). Values are log2 fold change.
