Ribbon Cutting Friday and Small Crane Saturday

Crews will be on site this afternoon to set up a tent for the ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday. The tent will then be taken down on Friday afternoon.

On Saturday, crews will be using a small crane parked in the Mt. Vernon cutout to remove some old equipment off the roof. This work will take place between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Flaggers will be on site for sidewalk traffic. Car traffic should not be impacted by this activity.

After this week, there should be minimal exterior work now that the landscaping is complete. Indoor work continues so some truck noise will still be present.

Minimal Outdoor Construction Work

Crews are down to landscaping and detail work on the exterior while continuing detail work on the interior of the new southeast tower. Truck noises can still be expected during weekdays.

Any work conducted on the weekend will mostly be inside the building.

Saturday Work 5/27

Crews will be on site this Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Most of the work will be happening on the inside of the building but some truck noise can be expected.

During the week, miscellaneous work continues inside the building. Outside, roofing continues on the 8th and 3rd floors as well as installation of the drive through canopy ceiling.

Vibration monitoring on site has ended now that asphalt paving is complete.

Saturday Work 5/20

Crews will be onsite Saturday 5/20 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. potentially working on the fiber cement panels on the entrance canopy, roofing, and other site work. This work is weather depending.

During the week, crews continue to work on a variety of activities inside the building. Outside, asphalt paving will start on Monday 5/22 and go through Wednesday 5/24, weather depending. Roofing continues on the 3rd and 8th floors and miscellaneous site work also continues.

Vibration monitoring will remain in place until asphalt paving is finished.

Saturday Work 5/13

Crews will be on site Saturday, 5/13 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Site work, fiber cement panel installation on the entrance canopy, and roofing work might be taking place. All work is weather depending.

During the week, crews continue to work on finishing touches inside the building. Outside, crews are working on the drive through canopy ceiling, sidewalks/aprons, roofing, and potentially asphalt paving at the end of the week and the week of 5/22.

Vibration monitoring continues for any potential soil compaction work. LeChase has secured a city sidewalk closure permit to replace the damaged sidewalk next to the site on Mt. Vernon. The sidewalks were damaged from heavy equipment being moved over them during construction. It should be reopened by the end of next week.
