Saturday Work 9/24
Crews will be on site this Saturday 9/24 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Interior work will include carpenters putting in drywall/framing and mechanical installations on the upper floors. Outside, crews will be working on hunter panel installation and window installation from the scaffolding.
During the week, the tower crane and buck hoist will be used for various activities on site. Miscellaneous interior and exterior framing will be happening on the 5th, 6th, 7th, and mechanical penthouse floors. Full height drywall is being installed on the 6th, 7th, and mechanical penthouse floors. Painters are laying down the primer and first coat of paint on the floors where the drywall is finished. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough ins continue throughout the building. Brick is being put in on the west elevation then moving toward the north elevation. Roofing is being installed on the 7th floor and the mechanical penthouse.
Typical levels of construction noise and vibrations are expected with all of these activities. Any possible vibrations will be monitored by a third party testing agency.
