Interior and exterior framing will be happening on the 5th, 6th, 7th and mechanical penthouse floors. Drywall top fill will be happening on the 5th and 6th floors and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough ins will be happening throughout the building.
Typical levels of construction noise and vibrations are expected with all of these activities. For the deep foundation work, any possible vibrations will be monitored by a third party testing agency.
