No Work Saturday 2/12 or Sunday 2/13

There will be no construction work on site this weekend Saturday 2/12 or Sunday 2/13.

During the week, the tower crane will be in operation with the roofing and other activities on site. The 6th floor concrete slab installation is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, February 15th starting at 7 a.m.  Concrete finishing does have the potential to run late into the night but will not go past 10 p.m. per the City of Rochester noise ordinance. Mechanical hangers are being installed on the 7^th and 8^th floors new decks for future installation of the mechanical piping. Crews are preparing for concrete slab pours with shear studs, rebar, fire stopping sleeves, embedments, and rebar. The stair risers are also being filled with concrete for easier access from floor to floor. Crews are installing temporary roofing/vapor barrier on the 7^th floor (weather dependent activity). Interior and exterior framing has started on the 1^st and 2^nd floors.

Typical levels of construction noise and vibrations are expected with all of these activities. For the deep foundation work, any possible vibrations will be monitored by a third party testing agency.
