Welcome from the Program Director
As a newly accredited REI fellowship program, we offer a fellowship experience designed for today's REI fellow. Grounded in Knowles' 4 Principles of Adult Learning, we believe that fellows need:
- Graduated independence to master IVF procedures (including egg retrievals and embryo transfers), reproductive surgical skills and caring for patients through a fellow longitudinal care clinic
- Relevant research, educational scholarship and/or quality improvement training that resonates with the fellow’s interest and career goals
- Problem-centered didactics that prepare fellows for the challenges of practice and board examinations
- Meaningful involvement in the planning and evaluation of the fellowship curriculum
