Important Parking Update for Eastman Dental Patients

Effective June 10, 2024, Eastman Dental’s back entrance--closest to the hospital parking garage—will be temporarily closed for construction.

Improvements Coming Soon

When the construction is done, patients will notice major improvements:

A new canopy will help shield from lousy weather.
The sidewalk will be more level, making it much easier for walking and for wheelchair users and their caregivers.

The Elmwood Ave/East Drive main entrance is the only entrance available during this time.
Please allow an extra 15 minutes to park and walk to the front main entrance.
Free parking for patients is available only during this time at the Staff/College Town Parking garage, directly across the street from the East Drive/Elmwood Ave entrance. Paid parking is available in the hospital parking garage.
To gain entry, enter the code provided to you in your appointment confirmation. If you need assistance, press the intercom button.
Follow signs for Eastman Dental Patient Parking. Instead of going up the ramp, continue around on the ground floor to the area reserved for dental patients.
Need Assistance? A continuous pick-up and drop-off shuttle service will be available from the Staff/College Town and hospital parking garages to the main entrance.
The patient drop-off area on East Drive remains the same (see map).
