April Ho, RD, CPT
April is a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer with the Center for Community Health & Prevention. She adds great value as the dietitian manager for our clinical team. April worked previously as a community nutrition educator with Foodlink. Her special interests include functional medicine, fitness and cancer prevention.

You'll also find her cookbook, Meals in a SNAP, which provides a variety of quick and easy recipes designed to fit in the meal plan of a SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) food stamp recipient.
