Yes, all clinical trials require participant consent. Additionally, the participant may decide to stop being a part of the trial at any time.

What does being a participant mean for me?

Each clinical trial has specific requirements that it asks of participants. Several require joining with a study partner. A participant and study partner may be asked to attend regular visits. Depending on the clinical trial, visits may include questionnaires, memory testing, physical assessments, MRIs or other imaging, blood work, and other assessments.

How do I become a research participant?
